After a stint with his family’s construction business and opening his own business in Whitefish, Montana, Mr. Wagner attended the University of Montana where he obtained a B.A in Political Science in 2003. Mr. Wagner then attended the University Of Montana School Of Law, obtaining his law degree in May of
2006. Nathan interned with the County attorney, giving him a broad range of practical experience.
Mr. Wagner practice emphasis at Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades, P.C. is on commercial law, real estate,
civil litigation and transactional matters. He enjoys golf, hunting, horseback riding, fly-fishing, politics
and spending time with his wife and three children.
