Mr. Fagan is originally from the small town of Zephyr Cove, Nevada and moved to Missoula in 2001 after completing his undergraduate studies in history and geography in 2000 at the University of Nevada,
Reno. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2004 from the University Of Montana School Of Law.
After spending two years as an intern with a Missoula law firm focusing on personal injury law and
interning with the legal department of the Associated Students of the University of Montana, Mr. Fagan
joined Sullivan, Tabaracci, and Rhoades, P.C. as an associate attorney. He also gained significant
experience in conservation easements and other related land transactions first working as a conservation
project manager for Five Valleys Land Trust, a local non-profit organization, and then as the operator of
the Missoula branch office of the Bozeman-based farm and ranch brokerage, Fay Ranches, Inc. Mr.
Fagan’s practice now focuses on real estate, conservation easements, transactional matters, and
commercial and civil litigation. In his spare time, Chris serves on the Board of Directors for the
Westslope Chapter of Montana Trout Unlimited and enjoys basketball, fishing, backpacking, and spending time outside with his wife Anna, their son Daniel, and the dogs.
