Attorney-Client Contracts:

Generally, we enter into an Attorney-Client Agreement with our clients. The Attorney-Client Agreement defines the scope of our representation and our responsibilities to each other. Contact Us to see an example of an Attorney-Client Agreement.

How we charge for our services:

How we charge for our services depends on the nature of the services provided. Generally, we charge hourly fees. Occasionally, we take a case on a contingency basis.

Hourly:

Time is carefully tracked and accounted for on a timekeeping program. Clients receive monthly statements detailing the services provided and the fee charged. Hourly rates for attorneys range from $110.00 per hour to $225.00 per hour. Hourly rates for paralegals is $60.00 per hour.

Deposits:

A deposit is typically required from new clients. Deposits are also generally required for litigation matters.

The following services can generally be provided at a fixed, flat rate:

Contingency:

We will occasionally take a case on a contingency basis. In a contingency case we agree to provide legal services for a percentage of any amount recovered by settlement or judgment.

Costs:

All costs incurred in the course of representation are the responsibility of the client. Costs are carefully documented on billing statements.

Credit:

We accept major credit cards.
