Contracts & Fees    

Generally our services are charged at an hourly fee, although some services may be provided at a flat rate. Occasionally Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades, P.C. agrees to take a case on a contingency basis.

Regardless of how services are charged, all costs incurred in the course of representation are the responsibility of the client. Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades, P.C. accepts all major credit cards.

Attorney-Client Contracts:

Generally Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades, P.C. enters into an Attorney-Client Agreement with our clients. This Attorney-Client Agreement defines the scope of our representation and our responsibilities to each other. Examples of an Attorney-Client Agreement are available upon request.

Hourly Fees:

We use a timekeeping program to carefully track and account for time spent on your behalf. Clients receive monthly statements detailing the services provided and the fee charged. Hourly rates for attorneys vary depending on experience of the attorney and the nature of the matter involved.

At the present time, the following services may be provided at a fixed flat rate:

Contingency:

Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades, P.C. may occasionally take a case on a contingency basis. In this event, we agree to provide legal services for a percentage of any amounts recovered by settlement or judgment.

Deposits:

A deposit is typically required from new clients. Deposits are also generally required for litigation matters.

Insurance:

Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades, P.C. is covered by all appropriate and ordinary professional and business insurance.
